Training, Coaching & Consulting

​Training:
There is a wide variety of training subject matter and topics that can be delivered on your site or virtually. Interpersonal Solutions has a range of training sessions to address commonly experienced issues in the workplace which are delivered as one or two hour Seminars or half or full day Programs. We also develop bespoke training packages to tackle any specific needs or issues for you and your business. Seminars:
These training sessions can be delivered in a one or two hour configuration:

- Managing workplace stress and trauma

Coaching:
Mike has delivered executive and leadership coaching to 'C' level executives, senior managers and leaders focused on professional and personal development over a wide range of industries and sectors including Federal, State and Local Government, not-for-profit organisations, and private companies. He has been delivering executive and leadership coaching since 2008 and uses a 'plain speaking' style not based in jargon and 'business speak'. He uses his experience as a manager along with his MBA and business background to provide a practical and useable coaching experience.
 
Executive and leadership coaching is charged at $205 per session and can be delivered in our Madora Bay office, at your location (with travel costs) or virtually.
 
Consulting:
Consulting covers a variety of services that can be delivered on your site, at our office in Mandurah or virtually. These services include:
- Professional and clinical supervision
- Manager support and development
- Facilitated discussions
- Redundancy or restructure support
- Peer support strategies and training
- Critical incident management, strategy, process/policy development and implementation, training and intervention
- Psychosocial policy development and implementation​​​
- Change management
- Suicide risk management and intervention
- Mental health support and risk management.
 
All of our consulting services are charged at $250 per hour.

It should be noted that travel costs may apply for services delivered outside of the Mandurah area.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Interpersonal Solutions requires a minimum of five business day's notice for training cancellations and 48 hour's notice for consulting and coaching cancellations. If cancellations take place past this timeframe, the bookings will be invoiced at the full rate.
